Our weekend

Friday night we headed to the Fair with Kathy.  Kagen was mesmerized by all the lights and sounds.  She WOULD NOT get on any of the rides though.  Lex did put her on a train ride and she totally freaked out.  We convinced her to ride a pony and she loved it!  She was scared at first, but once he started walking she was so happy.  She kept saying how cute he was.  We ate some greasy food and cotton candy.  It was a fun night.  We missed you Bill Bill!

Saturday Lex let me sleep late and boy did I!!  I hate sleeping as late as I did but I obviously needed it! ha!  After being lazy we decided to make a run to Sam's to get a few groceries.  I forgot how much I love that place!  Kagen and I ran a few more errands to get some things for her party. 

I looked in the back of the truck and Kagen was holding Kalli's hand.  So sweet!!

Shopping with two kids was....interesting

Today Kagen and I went to church while Lex stayed home with Kalli.  It felt good to get back to church.  I think Lex and I will take turns until Kalli can come with us. 

After lunch we laid to girls down for their naps and I ran to Target.  I like to sometimes take advantage of shopping alone.  After naps we went to the park so Kagen could ride her bike and we could enjoy this beautiful day.

I saw this idea on Pinterest...  You put a photo onto a canvas, then mod podge it and paint the edges.  I tried it on a small canvas first.  I really like it.  I can't wait to make a bigger one!!
