Shopping!

The past 4 years my mom, sister and I have been going to Grapevine to do our Christmas shopping.  It's become a tradition with us.  This year was the most fun and exhausting trip! Ha!!  We left Friday morning and headed to Frisco.  We spent the entire day in that area before heading to Grapevine.  When we got to our hotel we all basically crashed.  Saturday, we hit Bass Pro and Grapevine Mills.  If you've never been to that mall, you MUST go.  It is huge!!   On Sunday we went to look at the Gaylord Texan.  It is beautiful.  I can't wait until Kagen is a little older so I can take her there.  That is the only place we thought about taking pictures!!

  I had so much fun with them and got most of my Christmas shopping done AND saved a ton of money!!!  There were sales everywhere!  Also, when three women need to do all their Christmas shopping that means a lot of bags....  There wasn't any room in the back for our luggage.  ha!

  I was so very happy to see Lex and Kagen, though.  Kagen just kept hugging my neck when I got home.  I even cried a little.  It's hard being away from her and Lex.  My Lexy also got me an early Christmas present!!!  We have been wanting to get a King size bed for......years!  So while I was gone Lex went and got one!  I was so surprised when I walked into our bedroom!   Lex also took care of Kagen the whole time I was gone.  He was so sweet about it and I think he and Kagen had a good time together.  She loves her Daddy and so do I!  Today I'm just going to relax and hang out with my baby girl.  I hope everyone had a great weekend!!
