How cute is this???
Another little project that I was working on, along with my Momma, was a banner to hang above her classroom door. Their theme this year is peace and love, so we found some really cute paper to make the banner out of.
It turned out so cute!!
I also wanted to make some fridge magnets and a few for my Mom's classroom. I've learned to NEVER get rid of scraps of paper. You can always find a use for it!
They're not put back together yet but, I'm loving them!
Lex and I cleaned our house this past week. I mean CLEANED it. We just had clutter everywhere and it needed to be sorted through and thrown away or put up. My first goal was to get Kagen's closet in order. It wasn't bad, it just had a lot of stuff in it that needed to be boxed and put in the attic. I wanted to snap a picture of it because I'm in love with the closet. It's neat and organized. Also, Lex did a GREAT job setting it up.
OK so what do you use to glue the scrapbook paper to the wood or whatever your wanting to decorate?? Just wondering bc its SUPER cute!!
ReplyDeleteOk I need to send you some money cause I want to buy a couple picture frames, some magnets, and a banner for Kendall's birthday. I'm totally serious!! Let me know what you think. You are such a crafty person.
ReplyDeleteAshley, I use Mod Podge. It's amazing stuff, you can get it at Hobby lobby. You use it to glue the paper to whatever you're decorating, then once it's dry, you put more Mod Podge over it, with a paint brush or one of those foam brushes and it will dry clear. You should play around with it. Me and Amanda started playing with it last year and now we LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteI am going to def. give it a try!! Thanks!!
